Product damage that may result from misuse or abuse or airline mishandling or normal wear and tear is not covered under our warranty. However, we will be happy to provide you with high-quality repair service for a reasonable fee - assuming the item are repairable and that the materials from which it was made are still available.

Returns are Easy!
We aren't happy unless our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. We will happily refund or exchange any new and unused product purchased directly from www.ledermannleather.com within 30 days of receipt. Item(s) must be returned in original condition and packaging.
As soon as we receive the return package, we will issue a refund. If you would like to exchange to other product, we are happy to arrange an exchange, subject to availability. You only need to pay any additional costs (if applicable) for the new product and the costs of re-shipping (if applicable) of the replacement item.
Return or Exchange are subject to a 10% re-stocking fees from item(s) value. This fee includes covering original shipping materials, inspections and handling on the return package.
