Our products are made with the highest standards and rigorous quality assurance in mind. We are confident in what you’re about to buy. We offer a 30-day return policy and also a one-year warranty to cover any manufacturing defects that might arise. You may ask why only one year? - If there are manufacturing defects, they show up within the first few weeks and beyond that, it depends on how you take care of the leather. Warranties beyond a year have to be accounted for in the initial selling price which only serves to penalize those who don’t take care of their leather. Any leather goods made of premium quality leather, if cared for, it willages very well. If there's some kind of manufacturing defect in your product purchased from www.ledermannleather.com, we would be happy to help to make the thing right.
Product damage that may result from misuse or abuse or airline mishandling or normal wear and tear is not covered under our warranty. However, we will be happy to provide you with high-quality repair service for a reasonable fee - assuming the item are repairable and that the materials from which it was made are still available.
Return and Refund Policy
Returns are Easy!
We aren't happy unless our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. We will happily refund or exchange any new and unused product purchased directly from www.ledermannleather.com within 30 days of receipt. Item(s) must be returned in original condition and packaging.
As soon as we receive the return package, we will issue a refund. If you would like to exchange to other product, we are happy to arrange an exchange, subject to availability. You only need to pay any additional costs (if applicable) for the new product and the costs of re-shipping (if applicable) of the replacement item.
Return or Exchange are subject to a 10% re-stocking fees from item(s) value. This fee includes covering original shipping materials, inspections and handling on the return package.
